Is This How ETs Make Crop Circles?
James Carrion was elected the new director Of MUFON in 2006 (Mutual UFO Network), a non profit organization toward the scientific investigation of UFOs “for the betterment of humanity”. They are volunteers – remember those folks. The field investigators are usually retired professionals who go out interview the witnesses and gather the evidence -– get dirty sometimes - but instead of getting the respect they deserve – they get attacked from all different corners. How is MUFON funded and who pays for the teams that investigate?

MUFON is a non-profit organization funded by membership dues and merchandise sales.
UFOMM:
If MUFON had a very large budget guaranteed for the next 10 years,do you think MUFON would have verifiable proof that UFOs are real and probably craft from another place?
J. C.
I don’t think we can predict the outcome of 10 years of well funded research on such a complex subject. Many exotic scientific theories like quantum physics are long term projects without guaranteed results despite how well funded they are. Another complicating factor would be that no amount of research money can compete with the larger government funded black projects and their extreme security measures.
UFOMM
MUFON has had its distracters some saying their results have been mediocre considering their long history. How would you respond to this type of characterization?
J.C.
MUFON’s mission is the scientific study of UFOs for the benefit of humanity through investigation, research and education. We are the only surviving organization from the big three civilian research organizations (APRO and NICAP being the others). MUFON has done an excellent job in the area of investigation having amassed some 13,000 case reports. We have not done a great job in the area of research which we are now focusing our efforts on. We have a new Director of Research, Robert Powell and Deputy Director of Research, Ron Regehr who will each be leading a team of scientists in performing in depth analysis and data mining of the data we have collected.

What do you believe are the main reasons we never gain credibility in the science community, at least in America?
J.C.
Mainstream science shies away from the UFO phenomenon because there is no theoretical framework it can overlay the data on. It is widely accepted among scientists that UFO equates to ETH (The Extraterrestrial Hypothesis). ETH is not subject to the basic scientific tenet of falsifiability and therefore is outright rejected. Instead Ufology is relegated to the status of Pseudoscience. What is needed is a novel approach that kick starts intellectual curiosity in the scientific community. One way to do that is to offer an alternative hypothesis, as a starting point, that IS subject to falsifiability –the Human Manufacture (HM) hypothesis and reduce the data we have gathered to a subset that can be evaluated against that hypothesis. The goal is not to explain away all UFO sighting as manmade but to allow independent scientists to examine for themselves how the data matches up. Hopefully, when confronted with the conundrum of highly credible but highly strange case data, the scientist’s intellectual curiosity will be stimulated enough to conduct even more in-depth research and explore alternative hypotheses.

If ETs are monitoring us and one of the duties of MUFON is try and get evidence they exist, do you think using a more covert and quiet approach in investigation could increase chances of finding proof?
J. C.
If ETs themselves are here and want to remain unseen, then they would assume a passive covert position that would preclude their detection. But if they are actively making themselves visible to our planet’s inhabitants (flybys, landings, abductions, etc), then their active stance requires an active investigation on our part.

Most people in the UFO community agree there has been an astounding flap in Mexico that continues to today. In all of this time I see no MUFON investigation on what is going on down there. It is because of Money or other reasons.

MUFON tries not to intrude in investigation where another UFO research organization is involved. OMIFO is the Mexican UFO organization that investigates these sightings and we have established a liaison relationship with them. Although we are an international organization, we are primarily US based and the bulk of our investigative network is in the US.

What mistakes, if any, do you believe MUFON has made in the past?
J.C.
Not being open minded to the changes that the UFO phenomenon has undergone over the years. Accepting at face value “insider” information when all such information must be called into question. The biggest mistake however was not focusing enough efforts in the area of UFO research, although in all fairness, the funding for such research has not been there.

What changes if any do you see for MUfON in the next ten years?
J.C.
Research, research, research! Engaging the mainstream science community to assist us in our research. Better educating the public to the reality of UFO reports. Beefing up our investigator network including forming a rapid response team that can travel quickly to a hot spot and document the phenomenon while the data is fresh.

There is much speculation that contact may be accruing in the near future what is your feeling on the possibility of contact this year.

We may as well just speculate about the second coming of Christ. Predictions are made all the time that disclosure is at hand, aliens will make themselves widely known, etc. 60 years of unfulfilled predictions is a poor track record and doesn’t hold much credence.

Will You Give Stan Freidman A Break!

Stan Friedman the UFO researcher that broke Roswell and proved the MJ12 documents needed to be seriously considered is a great researcher and is a good man. Always willing to help and not for money; for what he believes in.
He has stood up against some powerful forces in and out of the UFO community. He has made fools out of No class – Phil Klass – The entire Skeptical Inquirer(inquisitor) – Jumping James Oberg -
that is when he is given a fair chance to respond. Yet he stands higher then them all with dignity and a good sense of humor. What better way to honor him than to poke fun at him.

At least a hundred years it seems like. All his travels to offbeat places --interviewing the Roswell witnesses, for starters --all those lonely nights on the road out in the boonies under the big, big sky…
You can see from his CV, and all those investigations, that Stan Friedman’s often defiantly in the right place. But never, it seems, at the right time.
To see a UFO, that is.
They just won’t cut him a break. The aliens, that is. He’s never run into an alien. Hasn’t even witnessed a genuine I-can’t-explain-it UFO craft.
So I started wondering: what are they afraid of? The aliens, that is.
What inner source does this man resonate with, what vibes does he broadcast that scares the (what ever they excrete) out of the aliens? Could it be his undeniable integrity? Stanton’s, that is. I don’t think so. [Kidding!]
So maybe it’s the questions Freidman might ask. Are they afraid he’ll let ‘em have it right between the eyes, just as he does all his detractors? Can’t you just see it: they pick him up on a lonely road…when he wakes, he stands up proud, straight and tall, to his mighty 5’ 6” height and what the aliens hear goes something like this:
“Hey what’re you doing with all those cattle? And no double talk, keep your facts straight! I’m a nuclear physicist, you know. No monkey business and no ‘just experimenting’ baloney. You’re the same guys who’ve been doing this for decades.
I’ve got my eye on you.”
If anyone could get them to slip up --the aliens that is-- it would be Stanton.
And we all know they could never pull one of those channeling campaigns on Stan. You know what I’m talking about, the ‘If you build it, it will fly’ programs, that lead to phony obsessions and whacky cults.
I don’t care which star system we’re talking about, if an alien faction from anywhere ever tried a channeling campaign on him, Stanton would give ‘em an earful. Probably on the order of: “What do you mean ‘build a flying disk and it will fly’? This is all wrong. All wrong. Are you people trying to make a fool out of me? Whatever this is, it’s not a flying disk!”
And, god help them if they tried, even once, the ‘we will introduce you to Jesus and Moses’ mind game. That would be the last straw. Those of us fortunate to have seen Friedman in action at the ufology conference podium, we know he’s got a million comebacks to destroy the old ET Religion Card. We’d be backing away from that one, but carefully, because Friedman would have that Big Lie covered, and the fireworks would be launched:
“What is this? Who do you think I am-- some poor aboriginal from 4000-years ago, that you can trot out a God figure or some religious icon…and I will blindly behave myself…or follow you into hell? I’ve read Arthur C. Clark --and I am not fooled by your magic tricks.”
If you’d like to witness some Friedman fireworks, mark your calendar. July, it’ll be the perfect time for the aliens to show up, and show themselves. So I’m putting out the bulletin here.
If the aliens aren’t afraid to bring a real scientist about their craft, it’s time for them to put up or shut up.
The brilliant and funny --but still, apparently virginal-- Stanton Friedman will be in Roswell, New Mexico July 5, 2007. He’ll be a featured presenter at the 60th Anniversary of an alien craft crash landing. Along with the different functions, at night after the festivities, a group of sky watchers will go to a quiet hill and wait. For UFOs, that is.
It might be that one night Mr. Friedman will stay up after his bedtime and join those nightly sky watching jaunts.
But wait! I finally got it. I know why the aliens have punked out.
If Stanton can be this powerful and unrelenting an investigator --without ever having a confirmed UFO experience-- then what would they face, if one day this summer, he turns into an eyewitness? Stanton That is.

“Why Don’t They Land On The White House Lawn?”
In my estimate there have been at least 40 thousand tapes of UFOs, including crafts, (twenty five thousands to Jaime Maussan’s alone) during the 17 years of the Mexican flap.

By the sounds of the following statement by leading astronomers in Britain they need to get out more:
“Intelligent extra-terrestrials almost certainly exist on distant planets beyond our solar system, leading British astronomers told the government yesterday.
The scientists expect that the first evidence of primitive alien life, such as microbes and vegetation, will emerge within 10 years, with more substantial finds following future space missions.”

The statement above to me is laughable, not hopeful.
There is a presence here and if the scientists want to see the evidence, they have only to go to Mexico. But spend some time there, don’t go there for one day and proclaim you have the answer: it’s ballooooons!
Truth is, you will never hear of National Geographic sending a team of experts down to Mexico for any expended period of time to film and study this phenomenon. The thousands of citizens, pilots, groups, TV journalists, airport personnel, police officers, town mayors and other officials, live news broadcasts --and even the Mexican drug border patrol officers who video taped these objects-- all these witnesses mean nothing to closed scientific minds and the media.
There is not a chance of any debunker explaining reasonably what is happening in Mexico…because it is overwhelming.
The Media is doing a wonderful job. Keep it up. Pretend it isn’t there, except when something astounding happens and the defenders of their "truth" can’t deny it.
What to do then? Let me see…I've got it, by God! Just follow the scenario: you throw something out, don’t worry, it will be swallowed. But don’t ever allude to the bigger picture.

In all the predictions and portrayals in the movies of ET contact, UFOs landing and making formal contact always happens in America. They would land at the UN or the White House and contact would begin. It does sound logical. If you want to make contact, you do it with the power elite, those in charge. That’s how we do it.
But it seems to me, if anything, the UFO entities have an affinity for the common folk like me. I don’t believe there is much proof that the ETs and the government are in cahoots. If you compare the validity and believability of John Lear’s testimony against, let’s say, a June Crain, whose honesty of character and story ring so true, June would win, hands down.
I have a clue for you. If you want to know when a story is disinformation, look for a ridiculous statement along with all the statements that ring true.
In John Lear’s case, he claims Venus --along with other planets-- is inhabited and what you see on the planet is not the surface. There is also Bob Lazar, who never said anything about aliens in the beginning of his disclosure accounts. That doesn’t have to mean John Lear lied, but those leaks given to him are the set ups for the UFO community…or maybe the tendency to embellish. I’m just wondering why Mr. Lear bought it. There are numerous examples of these leaks of disinformation designed to make a mockery of our field.
But ETs seem to do the same thing. In a previous post, “Applied Species Psychology” in what I theorize as staging, I’ve written that ETs make their presence palatable --and palatable only to the believers-- by performing a type of play, ridiculous displays with alien costumes right out of TV and other public media. This way the possibility of ETs ever being taken seriously becomes almost non-existent.
Also, if you can wrap yourself in metaphysical displays, even those who may have witnessed your hardware and believe something is there become confused as they investigate. A very smart strategy, indeed.
But not only do those witnesses become confused, they give up.
The most credible witnesses whose reports have stood the test of time lead me to believe we have in our possession the remnants of a crashed saucer.
Also, as testified to by June Crain --who was there, I believe, when it happened-- we have in our possession some bodies that were recovered.
Beyond that, for me it is guess work. I’m not even sure that what crashed and was recovered represented anything near the ETs’ best technology. Would you fly around a world of intelligent human predators with your best technology?
If formal contact is made in Mexico, what a joke that would be on America! Here we are, a country that used to be the shining example of tolerance and democracy, left out of the first contact with a species from another planet. It would serve us right.
Maybe after public contact, the aliens will pretend America’s scientists couldn’t possibly exist. They may have a good case.

So You Want To Do More: Tape NASA
TAPE THE ENITRE NEXT SHUTTLE MISSION SST 117 STARTING Friday
"Secret Space What Is NASA Hiding" by Jeff Challender shows what started his journey into the unknown. SST96 inspecting Solar Panals a UFO and an Ice crystal are capture in the same clip. Enough said.
Friday there will be the launch of Space Shuttle Mission 117. I intend to record every hour of it if possible by tape. Any one else willing to try? The entire mission are usually carried on Cable on Satillite on one of the channels you have to search to find it.
We have already witnessed some amazing footage during the the STS 116 Mission. The Discovery shuttle was launched December 9th, 2006 returned December 22, 2006.
Some of NASAs broadcast from Shuttle 116 Discovery I copied and zoom in on using Adobe Premiere. I downloaded here at my web site. Please run it a couple of times and look at it carefully.

If anyone wishes to tape the mission and, while examining the footage, comes upon any anomalies, please send anything that may be of interest to me. I will try and get someone who has the expertise to examine it.
Some say this is the year, of not contact, but undeniable proof of the presence of ETs. That this was their plan and accourding to an old nuts and bolts UFO researcher in South America. His statement shocked many who knew him because he was always a strong advocate of a no nonsense approach and very careful in what he said. What I am saying is it’s an interesting source. I will find out who this UFO researcher was and post his name.
If this turns out to be true this shuttle mission could be one hell of a ride. Of course, we know accelerated contact has been spoken about for years and nothing happened. But this has been a startling year O’Hare pilot and the UK pilot come forward with frank and published reports of observing objects –“craft”. Two objects witnessed in the UK were up to a mile long.
I would also love some honest skeptics to do this work. Hey all of you honest skeptics- time to prove me wrong. Tape the mission and show me any anomalies you find and give me prosaic explanations. There is one thing I promise you: if you prove me wrong I will admit it on this site. Please notice I didn’t say debunker.
Ever since the late Martin Stubbs downloaded the full Shuttle mission at a TV network link has some serious questions arrive about what the hell were this spiral lights they he noticed on the tapes. He was not a “UFO nut” he was a “NASA nut”.
Later on David Sereda, Jeff Challender and now, Jaime Maussan, have shown( through the thankful diligence of determined people who did what I am challenging you people to do) video taped the missions and what was shown were unbelievable objects. What are these object lights that can maneuvered around the shuttle and the space station? As more people started to tape the broadcasts of shuttle missions, more and more astonishing anomalies have been appearing- maybe on purpose. If they are here, wouldn’t they monitor us? There is a theory but that’s later.
In Shuttle Discovery 116 mission many objects resembling crafts were filmed. Some of these videos were quite startling. Many times these objects appeared while the astronauts were sleeping.
What was the object that moved from the dark of space right up to the Space Station Arm in an orbit and traveling at perhaps17, 0000 miles an hour. If that was not enough it moved back.
What is the object that enters the earth’s atmosphere straight on and withstands the intense heat of the atmosphere without a burn?
What is the the object orbiting above the earth’s atmosphere which resembles closely the object hovering next to the Space Station Arm? For me it seems to be turning its row of lights off and then back on one at time; my wife feels it is one object that became two objects.

What ever you believe, these lights are, they are not ice, reflections or boosters. These are objects that move about independently within their orbits. These can not be space junk. The Maussan/Garza DVD also shows a brightly lit object fly between the solar panels. Its light is reflected off the solar panels after the sun sets. (I didn’t post that yet.) There are many, many more objects filed during Discovery 116 was a long flight.
All of you young people out there who love the UFO subject, all of you scientists who have an open mind – all of you skeptics who are fair – it’s about time you started seeing these astounding displays for yourself, don’t you think? Of course there are no guarantees, but what makes it so worthwhile is the possibility that ETs are watching and waiting.
If they have been here a long time, contact will be inevitable –if we survive long enough. If they have a stake in our world (and I think they have because of their intense interest in the A-Bomb test) then Global Warming may have a strong impact on their beginning disclosure. You may even catch the smoking gun!

Friday there will be the launch of Space Shuttle Mission 117. I intend to record every hour of it if possible by tape. Any one else willing to try? The entire mission are usually carried on Cable on Satillite on one of the channels you have to search to find it.
We have already witnessed some amazing footage during the the STS 116 Mission. The Discovery shuttle was launched December 9th, 2006 returned December 22, 2006.

If anyone wishes to tape the mission and, while examining the footage, comes upon any anomalies, please send anything that may be of interest to me. I will try and get someone who has the expertise to examine it.
Some say this is the year, of not contact, but undeniable proof of the presence of ETs. That this was their plan and accourding to an old nuts and bolts UFO researcher in South America. His statement shocked many who knew him because he was always a strong advocate of a no nonsense approach and very careful in what he said. What I am saying is it’s an interesting source. I would also love some honest skeptics to do this work. Hey all of you honest skeptics- time to prove me wrong. Tape the mission and show me any anomalies you find and give me prosaic explanations.
