I am really getting sick of these ET Channelers. These alien channelers do absolutely nothing good for the credibility of UFOs or their documented occupants. Yet they have a large group inside the UFO community who support them. I think most of the people who support them are looking for a new religion. When in the history of UFOs have channelers added any evidence that Ets are real? In fact in most instances they turn off the majority of the newly UFO interested common sense folks so sorely needed in the UFO community.
Now as I write this on October 13th this, the ETs are going to showcase themselves all around the world. There are people now who are waiting with bated breather for this day. Well it’s not going to happen folks and I don’t need to be psychic to find out.
The person who is claiming this has some credentials:
Winnipeg, MB (PRWEB) September 13, 2010
A newly-published 352-page book by a retired Air Force officer, Stanley A. Fulham, tentatively predicts October 13, 2010 as the date for a massive UFO display over the world’s principal cities. According to the author, the aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date; they are aware from eons of experience with other planets in similar conditions their sudden intervention would cause fear and panic.”
However the knowledge of this event comes through channeling:
“For more than a decade, through the services of a world renowned channeler, the author has communicated with an ethereal group of entities known as the Transcendors -- 43,000 very old souls who combine their vast experience and knowledge through eons of incarnations, providing advice and information to humans in search of basic realities of mankind’s existence.
The book Challenges of Change reports on the author’s years of communication with the Transcendors in a question and answer format intended to inform and challenge. The Transcendors reveal through the author crucial information about urgent global challenges facing mankind such as earth changes, international terrorism, worldwide financial collapse and the environmental crisis. One revelation is al Qaeda has a dirty nuclear bomb and WMD, but faces a moral quandary over “containment of collateral damages.”
Just because he is in NORAD doesn’t mean he can’t be naive especially when it comes to the UFO field. I have often wondered why ETs want people to write novels and make money off their contact. Without the internet none of this would even be noticed.
Now there are religious minded people in the UFO community who are fed up with mainstream religion and they seem to have attached themselves to the idea that ETs do talk to people to get the word out on contact. The idea that we have godlike ETs 40 thousand plus years old looking out for us based on the meditative state of some people sounds like religion to me. I wouldn’t give a rat’s ass about these people but they have influenced this group inside our community and this group, in turn influences the type of speakers producing ET “evidence” at some UFO conferences. This group no longer uses reason or evidence as a way to measure whether an experience has any merit… and that is dangerous. The reason there have been ET cults is the blind acceptance of personalities, by gullible people searching for something outside that is reserved for one place, inside yourself. Without objective evidence all you have is a person in mediation rambling.
When you go to these channeling session and I have gone to some the ETs wisdom is not new in any way the “beings” give no proof they are ETs and they usually could teach the spin doctors on TV a thing or two about avoiding direct questions with gobbly gook answers.
In an excellent article by Eric Pement on the history of Channeling he states:
Modern channeling centers around certain themes:
(1) we are all God(s),
(2) there is no death,
(3) reality is a product of the mind,
(4) prosperity is our right and "we can have it all," and
(5) we must preserve the earth from nuclear or ecological catastrophe.
This last point is especially prevalent among UFO contactees, who communicate telepathically with various "space brothers" (their term). The UFOs generally warn that continued testing of nuclear weapons will disturb the earth's rotation or cause some kind of interplanetary disaster. The space brothers are also concerned about environmental pollution on our own planet. Despite the differences between the two movements, both spiritualists and channelers are agreed that the traditional Christian concept of God is false. Consider the following statement:
Agreement [among channelers] can be said to exist on one point only, namely, that the historic Christian doctrine respecting the nature and character of the Deity is an imposition, the fabric of an artificial scholastic philosophy, and contradicted by sound reason as well as by the unanimous testimony of the spirit world. It is certainly a remarkable fact that on this point the higher intelligences are strangely unanimous and emphatic in their statements, and all spiritualists are agreed.”
http://www.pement.org/docs/channeling.htm
So what we have here is Aliens copying spirit guides showing a real lack or originality by our elder ETs.
But Let’s ask some questions of our “ET Space Brother” let them answer it or get off the pot and admit you know nothing about the future or mankind that and you have plagiarized most of you spiritual wisdom from Buddhist teaching.
1. Why, if the message you are giving is so important, do you impart it to a nobody that no one outside of the UFO community will even listen to?
2. Why in all the ramblings of ET channelers have not one shred of proof that these messengers are specifically ET beings?
3. Why hasn’t there been an ET channeler with the credibility of an Edgar Cayce.
4. Why is it if you’re trying to help us we get no help?
5. Finally, for beings so old and so wise why is it you plagiaries every spiritual insight on earth.
It’s not brave for me to say nothing will happen tomorrow but the damage has already been done and people will be disappointed. Maybe they will wake up and put in their efforts into helping research to prove aliens are here now. After all aliens could be trying to discredit the UFO community through channelers, if so it certainly has worked.
You all remember the channelers who claimed an ET would show themselves over a major southern city last year. One friend, new to the UFO community, told me after that he would never believe that type of claim again. I say well, good for him, at least he’s a grown-up. There are a lot of co-dependent people in the UFO community looking for pie in the sky Gods that will take us away from our own responsibilities I say, don’t hold your breath. ET are not a gods and they do make mistakes. There’s a ton more evidence that ETs are not that nice as compared to the weak evidence they are spiritual.
Because ETs don’t interfere with our society does not mean they are godlike, all it means is that these beings are not as bad as us or they have a more important agendaIs that what you want to based a Godlike faith on? It is time for this group in the UFO community to grow up and face the real world of the Aliens among us. The 13th will not be important other than the skeptics laughing their collective asses off.

Yes! Which translates as JA in some countries ;)
I have been wanting to touch base, and this article did it. Whether we are talking about Colonel Friend or Ramtha, it is interesting that some of the UFO stuff really does cross over into Demonisms. Even back to "Spaceships and their Relationship to Earth" with its obvious Hunist theme. The "Bad Guy" is actually the good guy...yadda-yadda-yadda.
Dear Bob,
People have lost their religion and are looking for it in all the wrong places. Just because you are advanced technically doesn't mean you are spiritually superior.
Look at Germany during the second world war.
I go to some conferences and half of the speakers are pushing this stuff. It may seem nice an warm and fuzzy inside but so does living with a cult.
I wouldn't care except it affect the credibility of both you and me and the UFO community at large. Exopolitics and the Disclosure Project are run by these groups who promote spiritual angel like aliens.
Thanks
Joe

Another goofy prediction bites the baseless dust of hokey psychobabble. Does anyone even remotely believe these nonsensical shots in the dark? Why would they bother with this bit of B movie showbiz as they have been zooming around, hanging out and doing end runs for decades..decades, maybe centuries? Of course, goofy seers like Hawkins, Ramtha, and that beyond goofy Australian woman, are like glow in the dark paintings on red velvet...(yawn)..more than kitsch..cheap kitsch.
Great article man. Yip it is mostly aNew Age crap carry-on!

No one set out intentionally to make the American public intellectually lazy, and no one has to distribute this viral babble by having their hand tied behind their back. My interest in public Ufology is like The Long Goodbye, and lately it seems just wrung out until the next flap when the carousel starts up this sort of crap..that is like the drip, drip, drip that ate away the Grand Canyon. Now it's a tourist trap. This latest cheap shot is also a tourist trap. Some publisher is sitting on a lot of worthless inventory after midnight.
The phenomenon itself is so strange we don't need no stinkin' cartoon characters recycling rubbish.
I too was disgusted by Fulham, and for the same reasons mentioned by you and your commenters alike. I am certainly no "materialist" as it is defined by those who so vociferously argue that there is no room in the scientific, post-modern world for religious faith. Rather, I am a Christian who finds no conflict between science and faith. (Although I do find it amusing and ironic that those who believe faith should be wiped out haven't yet grasped that their brand of "science" is just as much a religion as those which they decry.)
That being said, it is so tiresome to listen to the UFOs-are-here-to-save-us crowd, because they do so without any evidence it is so. It is naked hope, which they exercise for no other reason that that UFOs have not yet formally invaded/attacked earth in a way which we recognize as warlike.
But the fact is, if we take hope out of the equation and look instead at that evidence about which we are relatively certain, the UFOs have acted in a way that is, at the very best, neutral. And a good argument can be made that continued violations of our air, land and sea borders, not to mention the tens of thousands of cases of animal and human abduction and medical testing/sampling/tagging and much worse, all presumably without our permission and against our will, are acts of hostility and malice which bode ill for our place in the UFO "owners'" plans for the future.
So I had no patience with Fulham when word of his books came out a few weeks ago. I put his prediction (about October 13th, 2010 being the day of massive UFO displays over the major cities on Earth) down as just more New Age twaddle by a guy who'd like to sell a lot of copies of his book.
But did you see what happened today? It was October 13th. At about the same time, several UFOs revealed themselves over NY City; and a UFO hovered over the Golden Gate Bridge. They didn't zip unseen among low clouds in the desert - they showed themselves in broad day;light in two of America's largest cities.
Now that's a long way from a "massive display" over the world's principal cities; nor was there, as far as I know, any attempt to communicate or otherwise begin "The Disclosure".
But the kicker is it's juuuuust close enough that Fulham will claim it's a hit. I bet he'll be on "CostToCoast AM" tonight or tomorrow, with George Noory acting his usual sweet-but-gullible self, ooooh-ing and aaaah-ing about how Fulham's prediction is the equal of biblical prophecy, and the most accurate prediction of the future in the history of the universe.
Oh, barf.
Dear Jim,
Thank you for your intelligent comment. I knew also somewhere someone will see UFOs especially if they have their eyes turn upward. One explanation of the UFOs over NY was posted here:

These people always have an out. What I don't understand is the group inside the UFO community who believe ETS tell the truth. Even if you believe ETs are channeling through some people how can you believe they are telling anyone the truth. The facts are, if they are ETs they ballface lie through these people embarrase the entire UFO community and do nothing to help mankind.
Thanks again

I admit to being INSPIRED since the NYC UFO event!!
In the weeks (maybe months--actn remember) pre 9/11 I had begun really looking into the UFO thing. This was time of Disclosure Project also. Like many--when 9/11 happened it took me over and i began researching into all that--going through phases AND deeper into rabbit holes. In a strabnge way I began seeing correlations between high strangeness and all that. But since 10/13 I admit to really diving into UFO research again, and also being aware of peoples reactions to these evehnts--including the medias
With the media it seems to go from one extreme to the other. One moment they explain things away over cliched XFiles music as 'balloons' etc, OR they wonder goofily if there ARE 'ET' races coming here. Hardly ever if ever do they ever go near secret man-made projects, or interdimensional craft and beings!
I admit--I find the whole freaking thing confusing. There is a great argument that the secret powers that be would benefit 'hiding' their technology in plain sight behind a propaganda ET myth---HOWEVER there is also a great argument that what we are dealing with is very strange phenomena that blend in with so-called paranormal stuff.
The whole NYC even in itself is weird. You have an ex NORAD chap channeling the even--which automatically makes a person in-the-know suspicious, and you also have the 'balloons' events which were used by media to off-put AND patronize people who you hear INSIST they weren't lookingat balloons. So you have the confusion of all that.
This makes me think about propaganda. I see a pattern that whenever there is something strange going on--the propaganda is SO stupid it doesn't bear thinking about. Examples?
Well in the 60s you had the 'swamp gas'; Rendlesham you had a security cop claimin g it was he shining his lights into the forest as a prank to fool the soldiers, OR it was a lighthouse light; With the Phoenix Lights you had the 'flares' explanation,a nd this sticks because even now years after and checking out the comments on videos related to this you hear same mantra.
What this reminds me off is SILLY ads. Ever seen the real silly ones that are SO stupid? *It seems to me this is a technique to have it stick in the psyche. I just see a connection. LOL
Dear Muzu
Can I call you Muzu for short. I am right there with you emotionally. But at this point they don't thrill me anymore. I think our visitors intentionally confuse us. These guys who come our from the government are accepted to easily because we want to be validated. There are so many UFO whistle blowers touting so many black projects that you would think the governments was doing nothing else... it is ridiculous.
These displays every time one is predicted somewhere a UFOs is seen. What the hell that means I don't know but it's always funny. Someone just commented negatively on my "Halloween Joint" piece "The Aliens have landed" about my humor over the aliens. As if allowing yourself to burn out over this is an option. Because if you don't break this up with humor you will.
Thanks
Joe
Can you be more clear why this subject doesn't thrill you any more?
Dear muzu,
I just meant that when i hear it now I never allow myself in believing it would be possible. Somethings so important as contact, I think would be handled by differently by an intelligent species. Going though channelers seems ludicrous to me. We are talking about one of the greatest shocks to humankind and I don't think it will be done through some psychics or or any one person. It makes the whole thing seem petty and cheep.
thanks
Joe

Oh sorry I dig now. You are meaning specifically channeling. I very much agree with you. I am wary about it also.
A book I have read called ,The Dark/Light Mother or New Age Armageddon? by Monica Sjoo, is very much about exposing dodgy new age channeling which puts out messages which are racist, anti-nature, and very dangerous.
This is not to say there can't BE genuine channeling though, just that you have to be critical of what is being said.
For me --the UFO phenomenon is more about what goes on in the skies. I feel it is very complex because a lot of it, and encounters, calls into question/challenges our notions of reality which have been ingrained in us via institutions, media etc with their propaganda. So it is sifting through all that which can get quite confusing
Dear Muzu,
Yes I also believe there are good honest channelers who may genuinely think they are channeling ETs...but that doesn't mean they are. So far noting said or put out there has impressed me as being ETs.
Next week my post is on another problem in the UFO community a problem that won't go away. Please stop back and take a look. Your commenst are welcome.
Thanks again
