The UFO Dr. Who Cried Wolf Wolf!

People in the UFO community for the most part want disclosure. Dr. Salla happily gives it to them…every few months.

I am sure the doctor cares about the people in the UFO community but these same people are disappointed when his insider dope doesn't pan out. Not one in UFO research or any UFO "spokesperson", in our community wants to admit there sources stink. Michael Salla, PhD is a member of the Exopoltics Movement. They are part and parcel to a movement that thinks if you accuse the government, through the media, of hideous things, with no hard evidence, they will be embarrassed enough to give you all you want .

http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-2383-Honolulu-Exopolitics-Examiner~y2009m10d21-Official-disclosure-of-extraterrestrial-life-is-imminent

Dr. Salla touted out a few months ago information on a UFO UN meeting the only problem was it never happened. Let me ask the reader if they think something this big would be leaked to Dr. Salla or his insiders? I ask ,in all humility, when this falls through Dr. Salla, will you finally stop listening to these inside people? There seems to be a great deal of crying wolf around some blogs these days I guess it's more about getting hits than helping the truth get out . I was born in the old school of thinking integrity matters and shouldn't be squandered for any fleeting nonsense.

The year 2008 was a year of many pronouncements about contact. Rumors about ET landing were rapid. I was caught up in it myself. I don't put anyone down for getting caught up in this. When a person spends part of their life knowing something important is true, you'd want it to be proven right. What I saw was a flying saucer. I know that for myself but it doesn't mean a "hill of beans in this world". You can move a group through truth or through lies. Truth always last longer because truth is consistent. Dr. Salla, I expect is a good person, but I think he should be more careful on these announcements. Responsible reporting and reminding the reader that this is probably not going to happened would have been the right way to go. Yes we would like to have it out in the open …no we don't want to look like idiots, again.

My Prediction:

Obama will not do this and Dr. Salla sources will make some excuse why it didn't happen. Do I have a crystal ball? No just common sense.

I will be visiting Dr. Salla's blog when this doesn't happen to see what he says. Maybe others, who don't like his way of doing things, should do the same.

  1. Lovely. Absolutely lovely. I just commented briefly bout this crap on my own site, last night.

And hey, if it *does* happen, and aliens land in FL this weekend, then the worst thing is that I won't be getting that Motorcycle. *shrugs*

  4. Great essay!

Personally, when I think of Salla (and Greer, along with a few others), I think disinformation at the worst and opportunism at the least.

  5. Hi Joseph. I haven't had time to catch up with your blogs lately... You're sure very busy! I'll try to backtrack and comment on them another day.

I've also grown tired of Dr Michael Sallas antics. He must be a charlatans wettest dream since he's ready and willing to propagate whomever with whatever story. That man has no filter. His credibility is long since gone.

What do you think of another Dr Michael with a similar name - Dr Michael Wolf? (Supposedly worked at Area51, S4 and Dulce. Member of MJ12, involvement with NSA, CIA, NSC. IQ over 200 and brilliant intellect which he attributed to possible alien genetic engineering in boyhood (from what I remember). Held high official Govt advisory positions, official board member to prominent scientific societies. Personal friend to the Kennedy family. Claimed to have worked with classified ET/Human programs and to have met aliens in person. This is only from memory...) It was a long time since I thought about that guy.

    All the best,
    Daniel Berg, Sweden

  6. Dear Daniel
I am torn about his tale. I beleive he existed but the stories around him are not quite documented. I am having one of Wolf's pieces to a UFO sample tested by my connection. Of course this would not prove nothing about Wolf if the test is negative. This artifact was given to me through a connection to him, someone who claims he knew him well. As Stanton say's he's (Wolf) in my gray basket. :)
Nice to here from you again Daniel

  7. Awesome post Joseph, I whole-heartedly agree with You. If it doesn't pan out the way Mr Sallah predicts, then we all (Us UFO enthusiats) get to be laughed at. Again. :(

  8. Dear Anonymous,
It reminds of the lines in a great song by the Who:

"I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
    Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
    We don't get fooled again"

Catches the spirit of this nonsense don't you think?

  9. Thanks for posting this article. One of the most hurtful aspects of this hype style of reporting is that other "researchers" or even "friends" who support them become more, and more distant from you, because you, well...don't support this person whom they trust.

In the end, it only serves to divide.

    Thanks again for your blog.

  10. Dear Bob,
Did you hit the nail on the head. I think many UFO experiencers people are tired of people disagreeing with them. But this happens many times with "spiritual" people inside the UFO community. One person told me I couldn't be critical and spiritual because I am displaying negative energy. Replace the word "spiritual" with the word "patriotic" in that last statement and we all be angry as hell.
I have had the same experience, just by asking questions, honest questions.
There is difference between debunking and skepticism. Healthy skepticism is good it protect you from the "dark side" if you will. Suspicion was given to all by the creator so we could survive, we should use it.

  11. I completely agree. Skepticism has a really bad rap and it *really* shouldn't. It's what helps keep us from collectively drinking purple kool-aid. Far too often any kind of critical thinking is thrown out of this area of research.

Hey, I want to believe in crazy shit just as much as the next girl, but my imagination isn't likely to manifest this reality just because I really want it to.

Found this at ATS last night in a thread about this very topic. Made my night.

  12. Also, just wanted to add that I agree with what Bob is saying, as well. There is a division that does tend to happen, and it is primarlily between the new-age UFO people and the, uh... let's just say 'non new-age' people. I find t rediculous when it so polarizes individuals that it pits one-time friends and/or colleagues against each other. Hell, I have friends that voted completely opposite of me in a number of presidential elections, or hold religious beliefs that I think are probably crap. But when it comes to friends and good relationships, I think it's best to accept each other's opinions instead of letting it tear you apart.

After all, you're probably friends for reason *other* than "Ufology". At least, I would hope so.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Dear IH,
Your points are well taken. I also place the blame for some of this on the UFO movements who have themselves polarized the UFO community. We need a leader who can gather us under one roof. "UFOs are real craft and are piloted, by what looks like, non-human entities." What is real truth after that is only speculations by all of us. Can't we all admit that and go on from there. We could be a powerful loby if some of our "spokespersons" and movement "organizers" would stop making things worst.
    Thanks

  14. Precisely.

I think there is enough evidence to say that there are some sort of intelligently controlled crafts flying in our skies.

To say they definitely are extraterrestrial is hefty statement. I mean, what do we have to compare them to that tells us "Yes, these craft are certainly extraterrestrial"? So, speculation indeed. At least at this stage of the game.

There are UFOs and yes they do appear to be operated by something currently unknown -- and that's about all we can (or should) say for certain.

Do I personally *think* they are extraterrestrial?

    Yeah. I actually do.

    Do I know they are?

Of course not -- and I leave the door wide open for other explanations.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Dear IH,
I agree, I think we have strong evidence, at this point in history, that some of these UFO's are piloted by beings that do not seem to be us.
If I was starting a movement, God help me, I would not use that I would say like you. We have strong evidence that some of these UFOs are craft and under intelligent control. Leave it there as as one statement we can all agree on. A statement that does not scare the political powers and the media too much.
"If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal."

The next one is the one they miss:

"If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing"
I believe Jesus had the right ideas hear I hear a great deal of UFO spirituality being written all over the web but if you scratch the surface just a little you will find very little love.

great stuff have a happy thanksgiving.

  16. First time I have seen Salla speak close up and he's an Aussie hey? looks like a rich Italian!
He looks like a wide-eyed dupe

I think he and his followers' symbling block--so to speak is this 'RUMOURED' MJ 12 'dentist appointment'---shit I've heard some excuses for not goin to the dentist but errrr

I have only been on this a while and I have found two GOOD debunking sources that undermine that myth. THOUGH I do think something happened at Roswell

Errrrm can you think that and not entertain the MJ 12 stuff

Welll, I do. I dont care. I go with the flow of what i think I know

It is noteable that though both Greer and Salla believe in the MJ 12 myth, the former thinks all 'ETs' are goodies, and the latter thinks its a good vs bad scenario

but all this speaking about Disclosure for Christmas is a pile of shite

If not I'll take you all out for a bite to eat. You pick

  17. Dear Mzuzuzuus,
It is easy for me to separate Roswell from MJ12. One of them was intentional. The Roswell witnesses never looked for notoriety it was forced upon them. You certainly do not have death bed confession around mj12 and the sources are dubious at best. Having said that it was not a piece of crap work. This document was meant to be well done. They had to have high level clearance. This document has secrets in it that have nothing to do with UFOs and yet are still to this day top secret this from a friend of mind who read them. He would not divulge the secrets that were in there but he had a Top Secret Q clearance in the government. t
You have to give credit were credit is due. The document do place many prominent people in the right place at the right time. Some of this knowledge was contradictory to history and yet turned out to be true to what the document had claimed.
I think the documents were put out there to divert Stanton Friedman and other from getting closer to the Roswell truth. Remember many important witnesses from Roswell are mow dead who were alive then but we didn't know about them till it was to late.
I gave up on Disclosure and Exo along time ago.
    Thanks

  18. I too lean towards the MJ12 docs being falsified to divert certain people. And if so, I really feel for Stanton who has devoted so much of his study and research to it.

If you find out for certain something like that is false, how do you look back on the umpteen years you spent supporting their credibility?

  20. "Dr Michael Wolf" is(was) undoubtedly a fraud. That was my conclusion anyway after looking into it several months ago. His brother has come out with a statement about him that was pretty damming as if the interviews with him weren't damning enough on their own. The truth is the UFO community is full of hoaxers and frauds that make it almost impossible to tell the real from the disinformation. While its pretty much a documented fact that intelligence agencies have routinely penetrated UFO organizations and conducted disinformation campaigns themselves, human nature has provided its own sabotage of the UFO community in the way of con-men, kooks, and the fatally gullible. We have to be slow to judgement, that is in accepting or rejecting any evidence until it can be verified in one way or another. Quite often taking a wait and see approach is all this needed as more often than not predictions and extraordinary and outlandish claims fail to deliver the goods.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Dear TO,
I sent the piece from Dick Griswald to be analyzed, will see what it is. I am very suspicious of him. But it just underlines what I have been saying. We have to many UFO investigators spending time on these informants. There are great cases out there now.
What we also see is dredging up and debunking old cases like the Socorro New Mexico case. Do you see one book out there on any recent cases?
As for disinformation, if UFOs are ET, you bet there would be disinformation and they would target the best UFO investigators we have to distract them. I think they have done this and it has worked.
    Thanks

  24. saw a video where Nicl Pope was being interviewed. he said how UFOs have been attacked by the military

I believe this is what happened in 1947? in LA when this very bright craft was fired at

So I sense that hostility is aimed against them from 'us'?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I wonder if one of the problems with the notion of open contact or disclosure is in the reports that the aliens are telepathic. People in modern society are pretty acclimated to the idea of aliens through pop culture. However, how many folks are ready to meet real telepaths? The fact that they are non-human telepaths may or may not soften the blow for some folks. The idea of having a non-human read my mind seems a little less creepy and threatening than having a fellow human do it for some strange reason. However any way you look at it, real telepathy is a terrifying prospect to consider. The changes in human society at the news of alien contact would be nothing compared to the news of real telepaths walking amongst us. Think about it (no pun intended).

  26. Dear Mz,
The battle for LA was in 1942. We fired on the object because we thought it was a hostile plane. I am sure if a species was monitoring us they must of taken note of the great war...how could you miss it. This phenomenon was witnessed by pilots during the second world war.
We humans are very untrustworthy as nations. But there seems to be some bad things going with these entities also.
So no species seems godlike in their morals.
    thanks

  27. Dear TO,
This is what I have been writing about. In "Mind Talk" I discuss the idea of evolving to a point where you read each others mind. How would that influence a alien evolving culture. How deep can they read? Could mind communication do away with lying?
The differences between humans and other species may be in some different. But I think most people can adjust to a presence. But to hang out with one. It would depend on what we perceived them as, and how they looked.
I remember reading "Stranger In A Strange Land" Cannibalism in that book was exhaled in the Martin culture. In the beginning of the book i thought how awful but by the end I completely understood it and wasn't repelled at all to what they did.
So maybe there is hope yet. I think beyond all the shouting and anger in the world inside most of us want hope for a future.
    ETs could give us that.
    Thanks again
